Manganese chloride tetrahydrate
Manganese chloride tetrahydrate is soluble in water and alcohol, but insoluble in ether. It has hygroscopicity and is prone to deliquescence. At 106℃, it loses one molecule of crystalline water, and at 198℃, it loses all the crystalline water to form an anhydrous form.
Manganese sulfate monohydrate is light pink powder with pungent odor. It is a kind of important trace element in agriculture. Its melting point is around 700℃, and solute in water easily, as well as methanol, but hard to solute in diethyl ether. The density is 2.95g/cm3. Its melting point is 700℃. It is soluble in water, insoluble in alcohol.
Manganese chloride is pink powder with high hygroscopic; melt at 650℃ and sublimed at above 650℃; will release chlorine hydride gas and generate trimanganese tetroxide when heated in the air.
Manganese chloride monohydrate
Manganese chloride monohydrate has good stability at room temperature. It remains stable in the air, but decomposes and releases chlorine gas when heated. Manganese chloride monohydrate is soluble in water and the solution appears pale pink.
Colorless, or slightly colored transparent or translucent syrupy solution.
