▏Properties

The appearance of DKP is white crystal or amorphous white powder. It is easily soluble in water, slightly soluble in alcohol, and the aqueous solution is slightly alkaline. The pH of 1% aqueous solution is 8.9. DKP has hygroscopic property, when the temperature is high, there will be self-soluble phenomenon. Its relative density is 2.44, when the temperature reaches 204℃, the molecular will dehydration into potassium pyrophosphate.

▪ Use for medicine, fermentation, bacterial culture, and producing potassium pyrophosphate etc.

▪ Used as analytical reagent and agent of buffer, also use for pharmaceuticals industry.

▪ Used as corrosion inhibitor of antifreezing, nutritional agents of Antibiotic medium, regulator of phosphorus and potassium for fermentation, feed additives etc.

▪ Used as treating agent of water qulity, culture agent of microorganism and fungus etc.

▪ Used as annexing agent of feed for adding phosphorus.

▪ Use for boiler water treatment. Regulator of phosphorus and potassium for fermentation and medicine, and bacteria culture. Raw material of potassium pyrophosphate. Used as liquid fertilizer, corrosion inhibitor of antifreezing for ethylene glycol. 

▪ Raw material of water containing soda while preparation of flour, agent of Fermentation, condiment, raising agent, moderate agent of alkalinity for milk product, foodstuff for yeast. Used as buffering agent and chelating agent.

▪  Improving agent for quanlity, improve complex metal ion, pH value., and ionic strength of foodstuff, thus to improve water-retaining property.
